If
I was IT manager, in order to pick which company would be the best for
organization, I would have to do a lot of research to see what are the best
available offers provided by all these four corporations. Honestly, without
having all critical information necessary, it is very hard to say which company
would provide the best service. In my opinion, if I have to pick company for
cyber security assistance, I would choose KPMG. Interesting, because before
checking all these companies, I did not know a lot about this company and what
they do. However, if it comes to digital strategies, I really like pwc simply,
because they talk a little more in depth about digital assistance.
Unfortunately, this case also depends strictly on issues given company has and
what types of solutions they expect. Later on, having necessary data it would
be easier to pick the best outsourcing company.
Next,
McKinsey looked like they are focused closely on business process improvements.
From all these four companies McKinsey provided the most information in what
ways they can help their clients and corporations. Their website was filled
with links and available services. On top of that, they were able to give quick
feedback of potential results and improvements that company can experience with
McKinsey’s assistance.
Summing
up, I was completely shocked and did not expect that I would pick those
companies at all. I was familiar with Accenture and pwc, but only heard few
times about McKinsey. KPMG was known only from television and all I knew was
the company logo, but never knew what kind of service they are providing.
In
addition, from simply theoretical perspective I have chosen those three
companies, but it would be necessary to have more data and information to come
up with most suitable and right decision.
